Additional Commissioned Services

All of these school improvement activities are also available to commission as standalone additions (for both SISG or non SISG schools) from the Secondary Advisory Service:

• Supervision/Coaching for Headteacher or members of the Senior Leadership Team - bespoke, one hour sessions every half-term.

• Headteacher Appraisal - preparation, onsite visit and report writing, including interim review documentation.

• 1 day School Improvement with an allocated school advisor - focusing on an aspect of school improvement. aligned with self-evaluation and school improvement planning.
